     We are living in a stressful world and we cannot be happy the reason behind is our mental health[mind]. According to our mental health, we are living in our circle and it is the only reason for all our problems because mental health is the main source in our body, leads all our activity. The mind creates so much chaos so we lost our consciousness. Reading is a good exercise for the mind. 
 
      Exercise makes your body fit and reading a book makes your mental health good. All wise people love to read because they know the worth of books. Every successful person likes to read and form reading as a habit. it gives a different perception. It makes you re-think what you already know or the unknown.

Bacon concepts about reading books



    According to  Francis Bacon in his famous essay, he said the purpose of reading books serve to delight, to communicate in the correct manner, and helps you to increase your ability. At the same time, it makes people lazy when you do too much study. It proyning, the mind of the reader. 

   He said, 
some books are to be tasted  
and some books are to be swallowed
and some books are be chewed and digested

      so before finding books to read make sure how you want to read. Maybe reading 10 to 20 pages of a book impresses you or teaches you to how to read a book. 

Reading maketh a full man; 

conference a ready man and 

writing an exact man

     so reading a book not only enough to remember for that you need to make a note what makes you good.

      Unknowingly our mind struck at some point, reading books makes your stress level well and it gives you the peace of understanding about human values. 

     Reading is the one and one conversation between the soul of the author and the soul of the reader. Books are in the form of writing so it is easily registered at a subconscious mind.

      Nowadays people are stressed because of less concentration. reading increases our focus and concretion level. successful people had a habit of reading because it is the key to success, enrich our knowledge and it is the third eye-opener to all.

      How I was started reading books?

    At some point, I feel empty about my life, depressed, and had low self-esteem. I was searching for the solution to my issue so I have started watching the motivational video there I found reading. Then I started buying a book and started reading now, I feel somewhat better and now I know about my worth of living and my self-esteem level slowly increased. It gives some guts to me. After that, I recognized that it is marvelous

      Reading gives a way to live life better and teaching you to a happy life. It is magic and we can see it through our imagination. It improves our imagination skills, critical thinking skills. You can enjoy yourself while reading [there is no need for other people].

Are your problems are real?  If I had 60 minutes to solve a problem. I'd spend 55 minutes defining it, and 5 minutes solving it              -Albert Einstein when I was studying my UG degree I worried about to taking a seminar in front of others.  I thought myself was the problem of fear is the cause but the reality is having no depth in the subject is the problem.
