How to be a strong woman?

Why do we want to be a strong woman?

     Humans are social animal. They are selfish at some point. So, We want to protect ourselves from them and we want to live our lives for our own. Strong woman creates their own World and laws. Their intention is to make a healthy lifestyle without hurting others. Being strong is essential to us. 

     People's characters are made by their family and social situations. So it's very different from one another. Even family members has different opinions and personalities. It affects good as well as providing good.


  I was so inspired after listening to the story of the Iron lady of Pakistan Munipa Mazari. She had a strong mind and a beautiful spirit and turns her awful life into good will. She was injured by an accident and doctors said that she can't  give birth to a baby, and at the same time, her husband sends divorce notice to her. She felt lost but she never lose her hope . After two years, she recovered but she can not able to stand up and she got the news that her husband is going to get marry. She sends a message to him, Congrats and I'm very very happy for you and felt she liberate herself f. Then she started her life as a wonder woman. She adopted baby and named as Nile. Started her paintings again  and got her name, in BBC, the 100 most inspiring woman in the world.

     When we look Munipa Mazari, had problems in her life but she didn't allow her problems to hinder her life. She was such a strong woman. Everyone has difficulty in their life. Problems are the test of our life. Win your exams with your attitude. 

# Takes care of yourself first

     Self-love and self-care is the most important thing in our life. Most people in the search for success and money, they forgot about the simple thing that cares of themselves. List out your needs & fear in your life. First, reduce your fear step by step and find solution. Then focus  on your simple needs, it will give you a big change in your life. This exercise can help you to be a better person.

 # No need to shrink yourself for the sake of others comfort

     There is no need to worry about others. Everyone wants to face their own lives. If your success affects others, there is no need to bother because you worked hard to get this. Only weak people who worry about others' success. Because they had a weak mind. A strong woman doesn't worry about others and at the same time she don't feel pride for the failure of others, she feels that her hard work makes her pride. Munipa Mazari does not worry about the loss of her husband. She feels liberated from him and she wishes him to have a good life. This is the good and strong attitude of her.

#Try to help others

    A strong woman always provides help to others. She helps them to be a success because they want to prove their life as a success story. Because the world is a better place for all of us. She finds happiness to help others.

#  Use your time consciously

     Time is the most precious thing in our life. Know when and where, we want to spend. Spend your time to  the people, who are loving you for your improvement, to your inner and mental health. Don't waste your time on unnecessary things ; Such as social media, tv, and other things. Munipa Mazari uses her time of two years to overcome her physical and mental illness. A strong woman does not worry about the past. She uses her past as a lesson and future as excitement.

#  No more excuses

     
     Excuses drape you. Don't wait  for someone to save you. You need to do your work for you. Nobody need to do your work. Go as per the trends or else it will leads you to torruble. Don't blame others for your mistake. This sense of attitude make you to achieve the goal that you want.

#   Learn new skills

     Learning new skills provides a different experience for you. Never reject an opportunity to learn. It will improve your own perspective. Challenge yourself continuously. Try to learn unknown things and it gives you the different experience. Such as, list down the things that you would like to do and try. According to me I love to read but I didn't do it. when I started reading that gives me a wonderful experience. It changes me a lot. So you can try whatever you want.

  • Sports
  • Reading books
  • Writing diary
  • Walking alone
  • Watch a movie that you watched in your childhood
  • Watch a movie from end to beginning
  • Try to sing and dance
  • Speak to New people
  • Learn new culture
  • Clean a bit 
  • Try to do cook
  • Travel alone
  • Grow a plant and water it
  • Try to read your mind
  • Watch a thriller movie without anyone
  • Be silent one day
  • Meditate
  • Find beauty  in everything


# Take the necessary risks

     Take the necessary risks. Strong women take necessary risks and they know to handle it. Because a strong woman always is a smart worker, and a hard worker. Try to learn the stories of the strong woman. That will help you to be a strong woman. Without taking risk life will be a boredom. According to Bhudha if  you don't learn from life it will teach you again and again. Learn the lessons from your risks. Before taking risks analyse the good and bad. It will teach you the way that helps you to take the risk.

# Learn to still your mind

     Everyone has a different opinion. protect your mind from others opinion. Listen your inner voice. Try to read your inner self more and more. That will help you to still your mind. Knowing yourself is the base of still your mind. 

# Stay away from toxic people

     Toxic people always spread negative vibe to you. They always make you sick. Be confident while you meet toxic people. Find toxic people around you and train yourself to handle them. More than men woman are facing many toxic talks in their life. Be bold while handling toxic people.

# Face your ups and downs

 Being strong is necessary for a woman to lead her life in a peaceful way. We are not always to be strong, sometimes we feel down. And these tactics help you to provide a good attitude on  bad situation. Don't drape yourself to your problems. You have a capacity to handle your downs. Try to resolve it. And take it as a lesson and move on.
