when I was studying my UG degree I worried about to taking a seminar in front of others. 

I thought myself was the problem of fear is the cause but the reality is having no depth in the subject is the problem.

If I prepared well, there is nothing to worry about.

It is curable through enrich my knowledge. 

Here it is not an real problem, it was an created one by myself to myself. Like so many people creates problems themselves. So, be aware of your real problems. 

 problems are a natural and inevitable factor in human life. we can tackle the real problem easily. But, so many of them presumed that they have problems in their life. 

So before you worry about your issues think and ask yourself is this a real problems? And try to find the real problems in your life?

Then only you can able to find a solution.
